The replacement retaining filter cage for the Predator or Shadow gutter vacuums is designed with two purposes in mind.

1. The cage supports the head when removing the head from the drum.
2. When using the optional cloth filter, the cage prevents the cloth filter from being vacuumed in around the float valve unit. (See photo gallery).

Please note this cage will only fit the Predator or Shadow gutter vacuums.
